As the Associate – Social Designer, you are responsible for hands‑on design and execution of digital and social content across platforms. Responsibilities
Design and implement social‑first content including short‑form video assets, motion graphics, carousels, stories, and platform‑native formats for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into visual solutions that reflect brand identity and connect with audiences.
Collaborate with Lead Designers, Art Directors, ACDs, copywriters, and partners to ensure cohesive storytelling and creative alignment.
Support the development and maintenance of design systems, templates, and assets to drive consistency and efficiency.
Champion inclusive and accessible design practices, ensuring all content is welcoming and usable for all audiences.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards.
Supply a culture of creative excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Participate in creative reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously elevate the quality of work.
Leverage video content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Firefly, and Express to create content swiftly at scale.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in creative design roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating hands‑on creative work for social and digital platforms.
Certifications in Adobe Certified Professional and Meta Digital Marketing Associate are required. Equivalent industry‑recognized certifications in Adobe tools, digital content creation, social media management, or related platforms will also be considered.

Demonstrated success supporting multiple brands and collaborators across marketing channels.
Familiarity with social analytics and content performance tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar).
Strong analytical approach with the ability to demonstrate data and insights to inform decisions, optimize performance, and demonstrate business impact.
Strong understanding of creative workflows, project lifecycle, and resource planning, with experience scaling operations for high‑volume creative output.
Effective capacity management skills at both individual and team levels, ensuring resources are aligned to strategic priorities.
Competence with IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud – MAC platform).
Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (e.g., Workfront), including logging time or duration at the task level.
Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to handle high‑reaching deadlines.

Benefits & Compensation Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,500 - $150,700. Full‑time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
