The Company
Phoenix creates bathroom and kitchen fittings through refined Australian design. For over 30 years, we’ve been trusted to deliver innovation, precision and quality in every product – designed in‑house and made with pride – for a timeless experience in the home. With strong growth and expansion further into digital marketing, we are looking for someone to bring their creative thinking, eye for interior design, and careful curation of our social media platforms, to help position and build our brand in line with our overall marketing strategy. The Role
You will be immersed in various social media platforms (primarily Instagram, then LinkedIn and Pinterest), planning, creating, scheduling and posting. Monitoring messages, comments and general social engagement. A keen interest and skills in content creation such as mood boards, flat lays and storytelling video. The ability to translate current social media trends into content that fits our branding. Research and source User Generated Content (UGC). Collaborate with our graphic designers on developing visual content suitable for our platforms. Analyse campaigns to determine the right metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) before measuring performance and creating reports. Engage and nourish relationships with key brand supporters on social media. Track, monitor, and implement changes to optimise campaign performance. Reporting and trend analysis, and presenting to key stakeholders. Skills & Experience Needed
Being a true creative with attention to detail is essential for this role. 3+ years of social media curation and management experience. Genuine interest in architecture and interior design. Ability to investigate and conduct research to find sources and content. Ability to write engaging copy relevant to our audience and in line with our brand voice. Strong organisational skills, capable of managing competing priorities, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines. Experience with photography suitable for social media, video editing and graphic design in Canva. Experience with scheduling tools, or the ability to learn new programs quickly. Experience with PPC Advertising is valued but not necessary. Have a growth mindset. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in small teams; strong personal initiative and ability to problem‑solve. Relevant tertiary education. What’s on Offer?
