About the Role We are looking for a
Visual Designer
to join our Marketing & Events team in Athens.
This role blends
digital product design
with
visual storytelling . You’ll design user interfaces for websites, platforms, and dashboards, while also creating compelling visuals for international campaigns, events, and reports.
You’ll collaborate with senior designers, developers, marketers, and strategists to deliver work that is
intuitive, visually striking, and globally visible . On smaller projects, you’ll own the full design cycle — from concept to final delivery. On larger ones, you’ll support senior team members and gain mentorship in data visualisation, design systems, and client-facing delivery.
This is an opportunity for a designer who wants to grow beyond execution into
strategic design with international impact .
Key Responsibilities
Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for websites, platforms, and dashboards.
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Create digital assets and visuals for campaigns, reports, and cultural projects (social media, presentations, infographics, microsites).
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure design quality across all outputs.
Support user research and usability testing with guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to design systems, data visualisations, and interactive storytelling projects.
Collaborate with developers, strategists, and marketers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Stay up to date with design tools, UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience
in UI/UX, digital, or visual design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating
user interface design, visual creativity, and storytelling ability .
Proficiency in
Figma
and
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with prototyping tools (Adobe XD, InVision, Marvel, or similar).
Experience designing for
responsive web and mobile .
Solid understanding of
typography, colour, layout, and composition .
Experience creating visual assets for
digital campaigns
(social, display banners, infographics).
Willingness to learn and apply
data visualisation, accessibility, and design systems .
Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and openness to feedback.
Bonus skills:
motion design
(After Effects, Lottie),
basic HTML/CSS knowledge , or
GIS/data visualisation tools .
