Job Summary This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the social media presence of Hilton's prestigious Lifestyle brands portfolio. Working within a dynamic marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social strategies that enhance brand reputation and drive meaningful engagement across multiple platforms. You will be at the forefront of bringing to life exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results for some of the most innovative brands in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across major social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement

Work with teams to schedule and publish social content from brand editorial calendars while coordinating closely with agency partners and internal counterparts

Manage engagement across multiple lifestyle brand social media channels to amplify individual brand tone of voice and build vibrant social communities

Create campaign briefs and lead kick-offs with internal teams and external agency partners

Occasionally create real-time brand social content, including concept pitching, ideation, asset creation, and copywriting

Monitor social channels to identify strategic opportunities for brand engagement and flag trending moments that can influence category decisions

Assist in analyzing campaign and content performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement

Serve as the main contact for partner agencies and provide ongoing updates to key stakeholders

Support the execution of brand social strategies while ensuring consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints

Skills

Strong understanding of major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Passion for staying current with the latest social media trends

Passion for travel and travel-adjacent brands

Dedication to maintaining a high standard of excellence with steadfast attention to detail

High level of integrity, flexibility, and initiative

Motivated self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Efficient teamwork and organizational skills

Experience Requirements

Five years of professional experience

Three years of experience in an agency or marketing role

Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns

Experience collaborating with internal partners and external agencies, partners, and talent

Experience in campaign management and execution

Experience with social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch is preferred

Hospitality experience preferred
