What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from budget management to social promotion, ensuring successful delivery and measurable impact

Develop and execute internal and external promotional plans that maximize awareness before, during, and after major initiatives

Conduct deep data analysis to uncover opportunities, optimize audience targeting, and refine marketing strategies

Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across social, owned, and external channels to drive engagement and business outcomes

Partner with senior marketing leadership to define strategies, guide audience engagement programs, and identify innovative virtual and in-person experiences

Manage and optimize relationships with media agencies to elevate contribution and output

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns and content align with brand voice and meet quality standards across all media platforms

Act as a subject matter expert, establishing best practices for advertising and aligning marketing efforts across the organization

Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI using KPIs such as pipeline, revenue, and engagement, partnering closely with sales teams

Serve as a primary contact for large-scale media planning, coordinating with broader media teams to scale strategies

Lead creation and analysis of social media content, social selling programs, and related measurement frameworks

Manage external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, including negotiation, event planning, logistics, and speaker coordination

Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to amplify media reach and public visibility

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience with media placement strategies

Strong social media management and content creation abilities

Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments

Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Experience with influencer marketing

Proven event management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of SEO principles

Experience with deal negotiation

Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends

Growth mindset with innovative thinking

Experience managing or leading teams

Strong project management capabilities

Broad understanding of media landscapes

Effective stakeholder management

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
