Responsibilities

Operational Command: Act as the right hand to the Senior Director of Marketing, managing schedules, coordinating critical meetings, and ensuring seamless communication flow across the department.

Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by tracking timelines, organizing digital assets, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.

Content Calendar Mastery: Own and maintain the marketing content calendar in Asana. You will be the guardian of our schedule, ensuring strategic consistency and timely delivery across all channels.

Asana Task & Project Management: Build, assign, and monitor tasks in Asana—streamlining workflows, tracking progress, handling dependencies, and keeping all projects on beat from kickoff to completion.

Social Admin Management: Oversee day-to-day social administrative functions, including account set-up, permissions, and content scheduling, to keep the team's social presence organized and ready to engage.

Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. You will gather data to contribute to insightful performance reports that help us pivot and grow.

Workflow Optimization: Utilize Asana to its full potential, building workflows, managing tasks, handling dependencies, and overseeing project lifecycles to guarantee operational excellence.

Social Media Support: Aid in managing our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, ensuring our content aligns perfectly with campaign goals, and collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing operations, or senior administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced agency or creative environment.

Tech Proficiency: Deep experience using Asana (or similar PM tools) is non-negotiable. You must be able to manage end-to-end marketing workflows and complex dependencies.

Digital Savvy: Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

Organizational Genius: Exceptional administrative and time-management skills. You love creating order from chaos and have an impeccable eye for detail.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster clarity and accountability within a diverse team.

Autonomy: A proven ability to operate independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.

Passion: A genuine love for the creative process and a desire to support a team dedicated to producing outstanding work.
