FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE – MO
Looking for a creative, collaborative and driven individual to help support Flower by Edie Parker in Missouri on a full‑time basis. You are passionate about our brand and committed to being part of our growth. Maximize brand exposure through visual merchandising and supportive brand materials. Streamline brand presence across dispensary doors. Support cannabis sales while leveraging opportunities for brand accessory growth in productive doors. Create in‑store activations, pop‑ups and represent brand at all activations. Work cross‑functionally with brand team to hit monthly and quarterly sales goals. Plan and execute weekly routes for in‑store visits aligned with management KPIs. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and provide in‑person support as brand representative. Share valuable insights and feedback from store visits and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with brand team to create budtender incentive programs, swag packages and newness. Identify and establish relationships with viable dispensary partners to enter new doors. Requirements
2–3 years of field marketing experience and passion for cannabis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities. Self‑starter who can run with projects. Professionalism and strong attention to detail. Operates with minimal supervision. Own transportation (car with insurance) and personal laptop. Customer‑facing role; works 2 weekends per month. To Apply
