About the Role Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Visual Designer to serve as the driving force behind our visual storytelling. As the organization’s principal designer, you will transform complex healthcare concepts into compelling, accessible visual experiences that resonate with clinicians, partners, and patients. You will lead design efforts across digital, social, video, motion, and print platforms—elevating OBHG’s brand identity and shaping how we show up across all channels.
This is a hands‑on, collaborative design role for a seasoned creative professional who thrives on innovation and delivers polished, impactful work in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce
digital ,
social , and
print
assets aligned with OBHG’s brand standards and marketing strategy.
Translate complex clinical and organizational concepts into
engaging visual narratives .
Concept and develop creative campaigns, content templates, and visual frameworks that support cross‑channel marketing.
Maintain and evolve OBHG’s
visual brand system
to ensure consistency and modern relevance.
Motion, Video & Digital Experience
Develop graphics, animations, and motion assets for
video and multimedia .
Apply
UI/UX principles
to improve digital asset usability and enhance OBHG’s web experience.
Prepare
print‑ready files
and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
Use collaborative and AI‑driven tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) to streamline workflows and speed production.
Work closely with Marketing teammates to develop campaign concepts and strategic creative solutions.
Build strong collaborative relationships with external designers, agencies, and production partners.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Stay ahead of emerging design trends, digital healthcare marketing innovations, and best‑in‑class creative practices.
Qualifications: Required
Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication , or related field.
5+ years
of professional design experience (healthcare, corporate, or agency).
Advanced skills in
Adobe Creative Cloud : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Experience in
video/motion design , typography, layout design, and branding.
Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS
and
UI/UX
best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
Experience in
healthcare or mission‑driven organizations.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design platforms.
Understanding of print production
Physical and Travel Demands
Primarily seated work; long periods of computer‑based tasks.
Occasional travel for team meetings, events, or vendor engagement.
