We’re a customer‑obsessed, 80‑person global team looking for a creative Part‑Time Social Media Manager to build and champion our brand across key social platforms.

In this role, you will own our social media presence from strategy to execution, engaging both our consumer and B2B audiences. This is a hands‑on opportunity to shape our voice, drive meaningful engagement, and directly contribute to our growth. High performance in this role can lead to a full‑time position.

Your Mission: Build, Engage, and Grow Our Digital Community

Design, create, and schedule high‑quality, on‑brand content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok. You will develop the strategy for our ideal social media presence, blending creativity with a data‑driven approach.

Own the conversation. Actively reply to comments, manage community interactions, and implement tactics to increase follower counts and build a loyal online community.

Leverage tools like Hootsuite for scheduling and Canva AI for efficient content creation to automate workflows and maximize impact within part‑time hours.

Focus on key metrics: increasing post engagement, maintaining a consistent and reliable posting schedule, and ensuring all content resonates with our unique company voice to support broader business goals.

Who You Are: A Creative, Strategic, and Tool‑Savvy Marketer Essential Qualifications:

2+ years of hands‑on experience building and managing social media campaigns for a business, including designing the visual assets (graphics, short‑form video) for those campaigns.

Strong skills with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and design platforms (e.g., Canva). An openness to using AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency is a must.

You are a creative thinker who can also develop a strategic plan. You understand how to tailor content for both B2B and consumer audiences and build a cohesive brand voice.

You are a fluent English speaker with exceptional written communication skills, capable of engaging an audience and representing our brand professionally.

You thrive in a remote, fast‑paced environment and embody a “founder mindset”—taking ownership of your work and proactively seeking ways to improve results.
