Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across platforms including traditional (TV, radio, OOH) and digital (YouTube, Google, Meta, etc.) channels Assist with campaign builds, QA, trafficking, budget pacing, and ongoing maintenance Help manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure campaigns launch on time Pull performance data from the media platforms and analytics tools on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Build and update client-facing and internal reports, dashboards, and scorecards Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reports Assist with performance summaries, insights, and visualizations for client and internal meetings Support ongoing reporting automation and process improvements Requirements
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or a related field Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and recurring deadlines with accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment Benefits
