Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field. MBA or 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong digital skills and curiosity to grow. Direct experience in the paper industry or strong understanding of paper manufacturing processes. Nice to have
Advanced degree (MBA, M.S., PhD). Experience with IoT, data analytics, or digital product marketing. Background in industrial equipment or specialty chemicals.
