The Role
We’re looking for a
GTM Paid Media Specialist
to lead paid media campaigns for our Allbound partners. If you love building, optimizing, and running campaigns that drive revenue and fill the pipeline with qualified leads, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do Strategy Development
Collaborate with Strategists to design and execute GTM paid strategies.
Own and lead paid media strategy across
Google ,
Meta , and
LinkedIn .
Plan and allocate budgets across platforms and channels.
Execution
Execute and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns for Allbound clients.
Audit accounts and campaigns to find opportunities and gaps.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimization.
Integrate paid media efforts with HubSpot (ads platform and CRM data).
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, MQLs, SQLs, Revenue).
Build dashboards and reports to showcase campaign impact.
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging tools.
Mentor teammates to enhance skills and grow strategically.
Who You Are Required
3–5 years managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
Experience with
Google Analytics
and
HubSpot
(reporting & ad integrations).
Proven track record generating qualified leads and revenue from paid media.
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for landing page performance.
Bonus Experience
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
Knowledge of the broader HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Ops Hub).
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Clay, SEMRush, Scrunch.ai, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead, Chili Piper, Sendoso, Zapier.
Experience creating intent-based paid media strategies.
