Senior Account Manager – Activation

Interview Process:

SUMMARY You will support Lead Account Manager and Account Executives as a strategic partner to the portfolio of clients, working cross‑functionally to deliver media plans and campaigns. You will be responsible for campaign success and client satisfaction, building strong internal and external relationships. You will develop a deep understanding of KPM’s portfolio and the media industry, use data to drive recommendations, and strive to ‘wow’ clients and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of proven digital media experience
Ability to build partnerships and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker using data insights to drive client performance
Experience within publisher, agency or retail preferred
Experience building strategic media plans and recommendations preferred
Strong time management and project management skills, balancing multiple projects
Attention to detail, communication, organization and prioritization skills
Strong presentation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with sales partners, account managers, clients, and agency contacts
Manage client communications, leading status calls and responding to requests within 24‑hour SLA
Collaborate on campaign proposals: intake, audience strategy, media mix, creative, and overarching plans aligned with client goals
Manage full campaign lifecycle: kickoff, performance monitoring, reporting, invoice management
Ensure campaign budgets are spent fully, identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities using data‑driven media strategy
Translate client goals into actionable media campaigns
Own client presentations highlighting insights, data, and metrics
Manage campaign pipeline, timelines, and tasks for high volume promotions and media plans
Present campaign measurement and insights strategically to clients
Collaborate to resolve performance issues and create innovative solutions
Interface with cross‑departmental contacts for seamless delivery
Work independently to ensure client relationship and campaign success
