Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to gain hands‑on experience in the field of communications while supporting initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and editing of communications materials including press releases, newsletters, and blog posts.
Manage and update content on social media platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent and engaging.
Support the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
Conduct research to gather data and insights that inform communication strategies and decisions.
Help coordinate media relations efforts, including drafting pitches and tracking coverage.
Assist with internal communications by creating updates and maintaining communication channels within the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
