About the Role Do you crave a design role where you get to spend time with amazing individuals, create engaging content and make a real difference to people’s lives? Are you looking to be part of a supportive team where you build meaningful relationships, and use your innovative design skills to benefit others? If so… we could have the perfect role for you! At Carebase, our mission is to provide exceptional care with love and kindness to our treasured residents who live in our 14 care homes. Our dedicated team members are at the very heart of this mission and in the marketing and communications team we are passionate about supporting them to be the very best they can be by sharing ideas, information, best practice and celebrating successes.

Ideal Candidate We need a Graphic Designer who thrives in a busy team, has an eye for detail and proven experience of creating a variety of digital and print marketing materials (video, animated GIFs, campaign content across online and offline channels such as print items, brochures and posters, and email campaigns). Experience in using Canva would also be an advantage. You’ll also need to be great at planning and prioritising, able to work with minimal supervision, and be accomplished at seeing projects through from beginning to end using learning from them to continually improve and innovate while being a genuine team player, friendly and reliable.

About Us and Our Home At Carebase, we believe a happy, supported team delivers the best care. That’s why we’ve signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment – developed by experts with six essential standards that help us to create a home where everyone feels safe, valued, and able to thrive. From trained Mental Health Champions to our online Wellbeing & Mindfulness Space, we make sure our people have the tools, time, and support they need – because your wellbeing matters here and when we take care of our minds, we can take care of each other and our residents.
