Job Description

Preparing and cleaning media for conversion.

Working hands‑on with technology to process conversion, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs (e.g. splicing, combining film reels).

Film – working with film projectors to convert film into digital media, test/troubleshoot reel functionality, and monitor success of the conversion process to ensure quality transfer.

Photo – scanning photos, prints and slides into digital format using flatbed scanners (Kodak, Epson).

Video – working with VHS/Cassette/DVD players to properly process digitization, troubleshooting errors by splicing, combining reels/tape, and ensuring quality transfer.

Responsible for converting home film reels/videos and photos to digital formats using customized in‑house hardware and software.

Managing workflow for assigned workstations for conversion of home movie film reels.

Analyzing notes in the database for specific orders and determining the appropriate workflow.

Auditing every order to confirm completion and accurate grouping.

Ensuring data integrity and customer privacy.

Keeping the work area organized and clean.

Performing additional duties as assigned.

Position Details

Full‑time position: 40 hours per week.

Training depends on the shift accepted at time of offer; typically a permanent schedule.

Starting pay $17 per hour with eligibility for raises at the end of each quarter or 90 days.

One weekend day per week is required.

Overtime as required based on management discretion.

On‑site location: North Scottsdale, 101 Via De Ventura.

All positions are on‑site.

Qualifications

Adequate knowledge and experience with computer systems.

Experience using Google Chrome, Gmail, and OpenOffice (preferred).

Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.

Ability to lift 40 lbs without physical restrictions.

Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, and pull consistently.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment.

Demonstrated sense of urgency and eagerness to work in a fast‑paced setting.

Clear and polite written and oral communication.

Accurate following of verbal and written instructions.

Detail oriented.

Positive attitude.

Team player.

Reliable transportation.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.
