Senior Manager of Channel Marketing

Overview The Senior Manager of Channel Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support growth across the organization’s partner and distribution channels. This role leads integrated campaigns, manages key partner relationships, and drives data‑informed strategies that strengthen acquisition, engagement, and revenue performance. The position works cross‑functionally with Partnerships, Sales, IT, Creative, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead channel marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and expansion through referral partners and embedded franchise models.
Build and manage joint go‑to‑market plans with internal stakeholders and external partner teams.
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels.
Establish reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to measure performance and optimize return on marketing investment.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce marketing collateral, assets, and performance insights.
Manage external vendors and agencies supporting channel marketing initiatives.
Identify new partnership opportunities and assist with the expansion and diversification of channel programs.
Serve as a subject matter expert on channel marketing best practices, tools, and partner engagement strategies.
Key Functions
Strategic Planning : Develop data‑driven channel marketing roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
Execution Management : Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and partner coordination.
Performance Analysis : Interpret marketing data and recommend optimization strategies.
Cross‑Functional Leadership : Act as liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Marketing Services.
Team Leadership : Mentor team members and reinforce accountability within the marketing function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years
of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition marketing.
Demonstrated success building and executing partner‑ or channel‑led marketing programs that drive measurable results.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or fintech preferred.
