Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Digital Media Specialist position based in Phoenix, AZ. The selected candidate will create owned, paid, earned, and community media, monitor key performance metrics, create and curate content, and assist with digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Create long‑form media edits and videos for publishing on Morozko’s various digital media platforms including the Uncommon Living and other podcasts.
Storyboard, capture, edit, and produce customer‑facing short‑form marketing videos, still photographs, and other media, in accordance with the Morozko Media Plan.
Create emails and social media posts and manage certain Morozko media accounts, as directed, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and/or others.
Develop web‑based content including pages, product descriptions, blog or journal articles consistent with the Morozko’s Media Plan.
Photograph products and create catalogs.
Assist with production of print publications, including customer manuals, medical guides, brochures and marketing collaterals, scientific and/or educational materials, product catalogs, and books.
Support production of slides, visual aids, banners and other materials for lectures and public appearances by Morozko executives.
Support conferences & in‑real‑life workshops hosted by Morozko.
Other related media activities as directed.
Qualifications
Video recording and editing skills.
Knowledge of popular social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Substack, and Medium.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
Basic HTML skills in Wix platform.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and related platforms to track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing strategies for campaign development and execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
High tolerance for constructive conflict, critique.
Track record of taking initiative and adapting to changing work requirements.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment under conditions of ambiguity.
Knowledge of and experience with cold plunge therapy is a plus.
Outstanding problem identification & formulation skills and be a skilled participant in co‑creative problem solving.
2 years of experience in bookkeeping, procurement support, contract management, and other business/administrative roles.
Proficiency in or aptitude for working in Box.com, QuickBooks Online, AppSheets, Google Sheets, Wix, Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, and other business software platforms.
Detail‑oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, meet deadlines, and represent the company well to external stakeholders.
Exceptional research and organization skills.
Personal experience in cold plunge therapy is a plus.
Compensation A well‑qualified hire can expect an annual salary between $42,000 and $62,000 per year, depending on prior knowledge and training requirements. No health insurance or other benefits are offered except legal minimum paid time off.
