Responsibilities
Refine and execute a comprehensive Field Marketing Program that is adaptable to regional and market-specific needs.
Execute event calendar, marketing playbooks, tools, and templates to support local teams in executing campaigns effectively.
Work closely with sales and operations leaders to ensure delivery insights are integrated into marketing strategies.
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness, including events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
Create invitations, RSVP monitoring, and communication channels with local teams to support and execute events.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and feedback.
Monitor KPIs to measure the success of field marketing initiatives.
Create reports to analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track Field Marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Work with local management for vendor outreach to gain sponsorship dollars to offset event costs.
Report on spending and ROI for marketing activities.
