Craft compelling listing ads: Arrange professional photos, create eye‑catching ads, and advise property owners on market trends to attract top‑tier residents.
Showcase properties: Inspect and prepare homes to ensure they’re rent‑ready and irresistible.
Guide applicants: Be the friendly face of our brand, nurturing prospects through the application process, from initial inquiry to signed lease.
Drive results: Use our proven process to close leases and ensure renters are thrilled with their experience.
Shape strategy: Gather applicant feedback to influence pricing and property features, making our offerings even more competitive.
Deliver wow moments: Provide exceptional service that leaves applicants excited to call our properties home.

Job Requirements
Active Minnesota Real Estate License.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning and using various software tools.
Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales or service role.
Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Perks
Competitive pay: Base salary of $30–$40/hour (based on experience) + quarterly bonuses based on performance and goal achievement.
