What You Do
Ambassador of NATP Values Excellence, Respect, Inclusion, and Belonging, Passion
Campaign Development and Execution
Assist in planning and producing multichannel campaigns for membership recruitment and event promotion.
Draft email, social media and blog content that reflects NATP’s brand voice.
Coordinate with designers, writers and contractors to ensure timely deliverables.
Support paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and social placements.
Help manage the marketing calendar and project timelines for membership and events.
Event Marketing
Support promotional plans for Taxposium, Tax Forums, Tax Season Updates, VTSUs and TaxCon and other professional development events.
Produce event-focused email, social media and web content.
Assist with targeted outreach to drive registration and engagement.
Coordinate materials and communications needed for onsite and online event experience, if required.
Content and Channel Management
Build email campaigns in HubSpot and segment audiences for targeted outreach.
Maintain and update membership and event content across the website and blog.
Repurpose content for newsletters, print ads and social posts.
Monitor channel performance and recommend updates to improve reach and conversion.
Data, Reporting and Optimization
Track campaign metrics using Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting tools.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Support A/B testing across subject lines, landing pages and creative.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work with the marketing manager to ensure messaging aligns with organizational goals.
Partner with business development, member services and education teams for cross-campaign alignment.
Provide support for membership and event-related initiatives and promotions.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum two to four years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or membership marketing.
Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
Understanding of Google Analytics and basic reporting.
Strong writing, editing and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with a project management system; specifically in Asana is a plus.
Experience supporting paid digital advertising is helpful but not required.
Knowledge of the tax or financial services industries is a plus.
Work is performed in a primarily hybrid environment, with the ability to commute to the headquarters in Appleton, WI approximately 1-2 times per month. Work hours are normally Monday through Friday and will usually average 40-45 hours a week. Extended evening and weekend work may occur occasionally to meet the needs of the business.
