As Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for providing critical graphic design support to a wide array of clients. This mid-level role is predominantly digital-focused, but will also include opportunities to work in print-based design, presentation creation, web, social, and more. You will collaborate with Internal Strategists, Creative Directors, Animators, Production Managers, and Account Leads to ensure that your designs reflect the client’s brand, messaging, and strategy. Some travel may be required. Hybrid work in our Tysons, VA office.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work alongside a team of Creative/Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Production Managers, and Account Leads to develop and deliver strong, on-brand creative Aid in the development of presentations and other brand documentation as needed Manage multiple assignments on tight timelines Design and deliver documents that are properly organized and ready for production and/or development Skills and Talents
Digital ad design (knowledge of Figma, The Brief (formerly Creatopy), Canva, or Adobe Express is helpful) Presentation design (will require experience primarily with PowerPoint, but Keynote and Google Slides are helpful) Solid understanding of typography A keen eye for photographic composition and photo selection Some print-based design and layout (will require a strong understanding of Adobe software) Opportunities for Illustration (will require a strong understanding of Adobe Illustrator) Attributes
Passionate about creativity and craft Team player who is open to art direction Strong work ethic and motivation—the deep end doesn’t scare you (but don’t worry, you won’t be without guidance) Communicates well (both written and verbal) and strives to articulate meaningful rationale for creative decisions Well‑organized and attentive to detail Always looking, constantly learning, and hungry to bring new ideas, trends, and techniques to the table Education and Experience
Or, without a degree, five years of recent hands‑on print and digital design experience Strong portfolio of work Bonus Points
Good understanding of creating clean files, ready for production hand‑off Experience with project/time tracking platforms
