Overview
Fleetio is scaling rapidly and entering a new stage of growth. We’re seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Marketing to architect the engine that converts awareness into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. This leader will be responsible for pipeline performance across inbound, lifecycle, and digital programs—connecting data, creativity, and accountability to drive predictable, profitable growth.

Drive alignment across Demand Gen, Digital, and Lifecycle teams.

Build a high-performing marketing team that thrives in transformation.
Expand the scope to include Field Marketing and Events Strategy over time.
Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Proven track record of driving 30%+ YoY pipeline growth.
Comfortable operating in complexity while focusing on metrics and outcomes.
Deep experience with web performance, SEO, and digital advertising.
Hands-on leader with experience in rebuilding marketing teams.
Skilled at collaborating with Ops and leveraging AI/automation.
Comfortable presenting to executives and owning measurable results.
