Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Creator to join our marketing and media team. This role involves developing engaging content across multiple platforms, narrating stories, editing videos, and gathering public reviews to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling ability, video editing skills, and an understanding of social media trends to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Story Narration
Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, and campaigns
Develop story-based content, scripts, and narratives that align with brand messaging
Conceptualize innovative ideas for reels, posts, and promotional videos
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts
Video Editing & Production
Edit and produce high-quality videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Add voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling
Work with production teams during shoots when required
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement
Public Reviews & Audience Interaction
Collect and record public reviews through interviews and on-ground interactions
Convert raw feedback into structured content such as testimonials, posts, or videos
Engage with audiences to increase brand reach and visibility
Maintain a repository of public opinion content for marketing use
Social Media Management & Optimization
Assist in planning and managing content calendars
Write captions, scripts, and promotional content tailored for social platforms
Stay updated with trends and viral content ideas to enhance performance
Ensure content is SEO‑friendly and aligned with audience interests
Coordinate with marketing, design, and video teams for seamless content production
Participate in brainstorming and campaign planning meetings
Provide insights and creative suggestions for improving content quality
Support brand communication with consistent and engaging messaging
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Storyteller
Strong skills in storytelling, scriptwriting, and creative writing
Proficient in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, etc.)
Knowledge of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
Ability to collect and convert public feedback into engaging content
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and deliver content under tight deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, or related field
Tools & Platforms Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, SEO tools, and media management platforms.
