We are hiring a Social Media Strategist + Affiliate Marketing Manager to own social strategy and execution across key channels (primarily Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), while also building and managing a scalable creator/affiliate engine. This person treats social as a growth channel: testing formats, refining copy, improving performance, and turning content into measurable outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Write strong, native platform copy (short-form hooks, captions, CTAs, story text, comment prompts).
Build and manage a weekly social plan that balances brand, education (“how to”), community, and conversion.
Schedule and publish content consistently, aligned to a test plan (not a content dump).
Develop testing frameworks for hooks, formats, posting cadence, and creative themes.
Collaborate with internal team to translate content inflow into a clean, repeatable calendar. WE DO NOT NEED YOU TO CREATE CONTENT.
Monitor performance and iterate quickly based on what is working.
Key Responsibilities (Affiliate + Creator Partnerships)
Source, outreach, close, and manage 25 creator partnerships per month end-to-end.
Own creator workflow: pitching, negotiating terms, briefing, tracking deliverables, approvals, links/codes, usage rights, and payments.
Manage affiliate program performance: commission structure support, creator activation, bonus tiers, and retention.
Track monthly creator pipeline and build a system that scales without chaos.
Reporting + Meetings
Weekly reporting (short, clear, action-oriented): what shipped, what performed, what we are testing next.
Weekly meeting cadence with leadership and key collaborators.
Qualifications
Excellent English fluency (writing and speaking).
Strong EST overlap (daily working overlap required).
4+ years of experience in social strategy, content operations, or growth social.
3+ years managing creators/affiliates with real outcomes (traffic, sales, content velocity).
Strong copywriting and hook-writing skills.
Highly organized. Comfortable managing multiple creators at once.
Nice to have
Background in CPG, lifestyle, home, or consumer products.
Experience with creator platforms (Aspire, GRIN, Upfluence, etc.) and affiliate tools.
Experience managing YouTube Shorts strategy (repurposing + original).
Comfortable with the following tools:
Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube Studio
Scheduling tools (Later, Manychat, Planoly, Buffer, etc.)
Tracking + reporting (Google Sheets, GA4 basics, affiliate dashboards)
Project management (Asana preferred)
