Role Overview We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of financial collaboration and AI-assisted workflows. You'll work closely with the Founding Designer to bring clarity, structure, and polish to our product suite - Synthesis (Document Management), Cortex (Intelligence Engine), and Flow (Collaboration & Orchestration).
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in
execution, systems thinking, and rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive user experiences across our three core products, from early concepts to polished UI
Translate complex asset management and financial workflows into simple, elegant interactions
Support and expand our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
Prototype (low → high fidelity) to explore ideas and gather feedback quickly
Collaborate with product and engineering partners to ship features rapidly
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with design partners
Help operationalize a design practice inside a fast-moving early-stage company
Qualifications
3+ years of product design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing
AI-native workflows, semantic and systemic design,
and clear problem-solving
Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy interfaces
Ability to prototype in high and low fidelity and communicate design decisions effectively
Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail
Low-ego, collaborative mindset
Excitement about joining a startup where ambiguity is high and impact is huge
