Marketing Manager
to lead our global marketing strategy. Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our company as the established partner in precision motion technology. You will develop and implement a clear marketing vision, manage brand strategy, and execute lead generation campaigns targeting international B2B markets. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the R&D department, you will translate our innovations into clear, compelling value propositions. Xeryon has a unique market approach, as it runs an industrial B2B business as marketing-driven as an FMCG company. There is a digital-only sales strategy with a strong focus on high-quality (video) content. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives. Lead, grow and coach the marketing team from 2 to 10 people over the coming two years. Have a lead generation target as well as a sales target. Manage the Adwords and Linkedin campaigns, which are the backbone of the lead generation strategy. Transform the company from a High Tech scale-up to a fully fletched global player. Build and maintain a marketing dashboard. Build and strengthen the brand presence across digital channels. Manage website, digital channels, and content creation (case studies, pictures, videos). Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. You are part of the management team, and you report directly to the CEO. Requirements
Proven experience (15+ years) in B2B marketing. Experience in High Tech is a plus. Strong track record in building brand awareness and generating leads in international (global) markets. Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead nurturing. Ability to translate technical innovations into customer-oriented messaging. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
