Lead regional marketing that fuels pipeline and elevates our brand
Why this role matters Ardoq is growing fast across Europe and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can turn our EMEA strategy into high-impact programmes that drive awareness, demand and deal acceleration.
As an individual contributor, you’ll lead the regional marketing plan end to end, shaping how we show up in the market, how we partner with sales and how we create moments that move enterprise buyers from interest to action.

On a typical day, you will
Execute on the EMEA marketing strategy aligned with corporate and regional GTM goals
Run integrated regional campaigns across email, digital, social and events
Deliver a calendar of regional first-party events; including executive roundtables, conferences, and webinars, and customer gatherings, to drive awareness, generate demand, and support deal acceleration
Lead Ardoq’s presence at key analyst events across the region
Track regional performance and ROI across all channels, adjusting plans in alignment with marketing leadership, as needed
Partner closely with Sales to ensure alignment across the funnel
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in field marketing for a B2B SaaS company, ideally enterprise-focused
Strong understanding of the demand generation funnel and how to build programmes that drive pipeline
Hands-on experience running high-impact regional events end to end
Proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools
Collaborative, organised and comfortable working across teams and time zones
