Responsibilities As part of the PepsiCo Global Foods Design team, you will partner closely with functional design experts and the business to develop brand design strategies across a spectrum of capabilities including product architecture, innovation pipelines, visual identity systems, design guidelines, packaging, and structural design.
You will engage with cross‑functional teams to drive comprehensive brand and graphic design projects from ideation to execution, guiding brand design, crafting strategy, and executing major design projects across the portfolio.

Report to Global Foods Design leadership and collaborate with other Design team members to drive design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution.
Creating high‑quality brand design solutions in a rapid‑paced, high‑output environment
Present design concepts clearly and concisely
Sketch ideas quickly to create and communicate concepts
Participate and contribute in brainstorm sessions
Iterate on designs based on direction and feedback from Brand Design lead(s)
Design in alignment with evolving brand needs with emphasis on brand consistency and business objectives
Ideate and construct ideas within a team‑based design environment
Communicate regularly, manage own timelines, milestones, and internal deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
2–3 years of studio experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent brand/communication design background
Background and understanding of brand/graphic design plus a basic understanding of industrial design and motion preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital projects
Social media‑mindful curator
Digital and photography interest or experience
Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities
Strong typography and layout sensibility
Great sketching skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts (illustration skills appreciated)
Foundational photography skills including lighting, composition, and retouching; ability to articulate ideas conceptually
Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media
Expert at Adobe Creative Suite programs
Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
Compensation & Benefits
Expected compensation range: $76,900 – $128,700
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary; recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance; 5% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
