A senior

User Experience (UX) Designer

will help redefine the B2B ecommerce experience for wholesale partners such as Dick's Sporting Goods, large-volume buyers, and specialty retailers. The role requires exceptional design craft, conceptual thinking, and the ability to create a world-class "North Star" vision for Nike's B2B digital ecosystem. The ideal designer is highly conceptual, deeply collaborative, and comfortable solving complex problems with elegant and simple design expressions. Portfolio quality is the top requirement.

This is a remote role, open to any U.S. time zone. You will design a new high-end, athlete-inspired B2B ecommerce platform—an elevated, modern experience intended to excite wholesale partners and represent Nike's premium brand identity.

Responsibilities

UX & UI Craft Execution – Create highly polished visual comps, wireframes, flows, and prototypes

Own design deliverables for multiple features across medium‑to‑large projects

Uphold Nike's high design standards across all work

Innovation & Conceptual Leadership – Explore bold, creative approaches to elevate B2B ecommerce

Define the "North Star" vision for the partner‑facing Nike platform

Inspire new thinking and creative approaches to design challenges

Collaboration – Work with cross‑functional partners (product, engineering, research, program managers)

Translate business needs and user insights into intuitive experiences

Communicate design intentions with clarity

Rapidly iterate from early concepts through final production designs

Produce cohesive end‑to‑end experiences aligned with Nike's brand identity

Support product teams in launching software experiences at scale

Qualifications

Figma expert and Principle expert (high‑fidelity prototyping required)

Strong portfolio showing high‑level UI, UX, conceptual thinking, and visual craft

Experience pitching design ideas and receiving feedback

Highly collaborative with product managers, PMs, engineers, researchers, and other designers

Ability to simplify complex requirements into clean, modern interfaces

4+ years of end‑to‑end digital product design experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI, Design, HCI, or related field

Strong attention to detail, interaction design, and design systems thinking

Proven experience designing for digital experiences at scale

Experience with consumer data and user research integration

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience conceptualizing or prototyping 3D / AR experiences

Prototyping and motion design skills in After Effects

Experience working in a fast‑paced agency environment

Ability to rapidly pivot and iterate in a dynamic setting
