Overview Marketing Coordinator is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to power hybrid, accelerated graduate programs in health care. In our partnership with the University, we offer a variety of services through all phases of development of the hybrid program. This includes accreditation, student enrollment, faculty recruitment, marketing, curriculum development, and clinical placement.

As a member of EIM’s University Partner marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the overall marketing strategy and execution for their assigned programs and university brands, under the guidance of their Program Marketing Manager, and in collaboration with Program Marketing Strategists. This includes supporting a variety of marketing campaigns across channels to drive the success of student recruitment and program goals.

Responsibilities Pay $40,000-$50,000

Help build and maintain content, event and social media calendars for assigned programs, in collaboration with the program marketing team.

Support project coordination by tracking progress and milestones in the marketing team’s project management software (Monday.com).

Conduct conference and event research, planning and execution for various conferences and events that will support the program’s marketing strategy and student recruitment goals, including graduate college fairs, clubs and more.

Provide external vendor management for development, printing, shipping and purchasing of promotional materials and other marketing projects.

Track marketing budget expenditures, gather and reconcile invoices each month, and purchase marketing promotional items within allocated budget.

Support WordPress website updates and quality assurance.

Support social media strategy in collaboration with program marketing team and program and university teams to include coordinating with student ambassadors.

Help in the research of various geographies and audiences for marketing projects that support assigned program’s student recruitment and program goals.

Coordinate and promote monthly webinars and other virtual events via email, social media and other channels.

Help prepare presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably as a coordinator, assistant or project manager
