About the Role As a Marketing Liaison, you will help drive growth through patient referrals by cultivating strong referral relationships within your geographic territory. This role blends professional growth with meaningful connections to the community and the patients we serve.
What You'll Do
Review medical conditions and pre‑screen from the hospital/SNF/Home/Assisted Living Facility.
Develop call plans and strategies to drive volume using the Referral Development System (RDS).
Use market analysis data in your territory to identify new business opportunities.
Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
Identify development opportunities to position the hospital strategically in the marketplace.
Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow‑up on admissions variables.
Qualifications
Current driver’s license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record as per company policy.
CPR certification.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or tech.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a nurse liaison or successful sales experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
