Marketing Manager – High Point Climbing And Fitness (Company-Wide)

High Point Climbing And Fitness is one of the nation’s largest and most recognized climbing gym organizations, serving vibrant communities across Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida. We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing Manager to help elevate member engagement, grow program participation, drive sales, and support the graphics and marketing needs of all eight High Point locations.
This role is central to how our community sees, hears, and connects with High Point. It is fast-paced, creative, and ideal for someone who loves visual design, storytelling, outdoor culture, and bringing bold ideas to life.
The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Graphic Design: Design promotional graphics for email campaigns, social media, events, programs, and in-facility signage.
Maintain brand consistency across all eight facilities.
Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
Create and distribute monthly email newsletters for all High Point locations.
Build targeted and segmented email campaigns to promote youth programs, adult programs, events, camps, clubs, teams, and membership sales.
Maintain email list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Update website content as needed; support SEO and user experience improvements.
Work with team leads at each facility including General Managers, Program Coordinators, Head Coaches, and Head Route Setters.
Support external partnerships and community promotions.
Maintain accurate internal signage and digital displays.
Track email performance metrics.
Maintain organized schedules and project timelines.
Support campaign planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
Strong graphic design and digital content skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong organization, time management, and independence.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in a related field.
Previous marketing experience.
Social media management experience.
Website content management experience.
Photography or videography skills.
Rock climbing experience.

Work Environment & Location This is an in-person, management-company position based out of High Point Climbing And Fitness’s central office located in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and leadership team and collaborates regularly with staff across all eight High Point locations.
Compensation Salary Range: $40,000 to $48,000
Bonus The Marketing Manager is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on overall company performance, achievement of sales and revenue goals, demonstrated work ethic, and the quality and effectiveness of work produced. Bonus eligibility and amounts will be evaluated by High Point Management Company.
