Overview
Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Media Specialist II to deliver strategic media planning and campaign management across paid marketing channels including Meta, Pinterest, Google, programmatic display, video, and OOH. The role collaborates with agency partners, manages monthly purchase orders and invoicing, and works closely with internal stakeholders to identify campaign goals, strategy, and tactics. The ideal candidate understands complex paid media concepts and can explain and report findings to internal stakeholders while prioritizing exceptional work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Work with internal marketing team and leadership to develop strategic media planning and tactical execution.
Collaborate with agency of record to test and experiment with new ad products and technologies.
Measure and report on KPIs and ROI for all paid digital marketing campaigns, providing insights to drive and improve traffic and ROAS.
Perform audience and keyword research to target first‑time and repeat Sprouts customers.
Participate in the review, consideration, and onboarding of new digital advertising platforms or partnerships.
Identify and share relevant paid digital trends and insights.
Collaborate with partnership marketing to support eCommerce, Instacart, UberEats, and DoorDash initiatives.
Support and manage legal contracting and disclaimer processes across the marketing department.
Handle monthly purchase orders and invoices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns in Google Search, DV360, Google Shopping/PLA Ads, Meta, and programmatic display.
2+ years in local digital marketing.
2+ years managing monthly invoicing and payment processes.
Current Google Search Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
Ability to think strategically about product strategy and vision.
Dynamic, flexible, hardworking, curious, and highly organized.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to justify strategic actions with metrics.
Self‑driven, goal‑oriented attitude; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and relate them to overall business strategy.
Passion for paid media technologies and their role in marketing brands.
