Account Coordinator - Advertising Agency

Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities One of our leading ad agency clients is seeking a very talented Account Coordinator/Admin to join their OC team! In this role, you will be supporting the client services team with meeting coordination and setup, managing email, completing project tasks and coordinating with the team to assist with administrative support for the office! We are looking for a team player who is organized with the ability to multitask and coordinate projects while wearing many hats for our clients. If you have a great attitude and you’re driven by a collaborative team spirit, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Qualifications

1+ years of Marketing/Advertising experience

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. (Strong typing and phone skills)
