Responsibilities
Support the pre‑sale process end‑to‑end, managing a high volume of inbound and proactive RFPs from brief through proposal delivery.

Create, write, and refine pitch decks, campaign presentations, and supporting materials that tell a compelling narrative (visually and substantively) in the NowThis brand voice.
Partner closely with Sales & Partnerships teams to respond to RFPs, develop go‑to‑market brand strategies, and co‑present in client meetings when needed.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Branded Content, Editorial, Production, Sales Planning, and Data & Insights to develop ideas, gather assets, ensure proposal accuracy, and incorporate audience/performance insights.
Support pricing and packaging development to build competitive, revenue‑driving sponsorship opportunities.
Identify proactive partnership opportunities and create marketing materials that showcase NowThis offerings, tentpoles, and IP.
Track industry and competitive trends to inform pitches, positioning, and ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in marketing for a digital publisher, media company, agency, or similar environment.
2–4+ years of experience in the pre‑sale process, creating client programming for paid digital and/or event proposals.
Strong design, storytelling, and creative strategy experience; ability to build decks that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva (Adobe Suite a plus).
Fluency in digital media metrics and measurement (impressions, CTR, CPM/eCPM, engagements, uniques, pageviews, visits, etc.).
Ability to translate client goals and KPIs into compelling, executable campaign strategies.
Comfort presenting to and communicating with clients, including formal pitch presentations and one‑on‑one meetings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to navigate ambiguity and complex client/agency structures.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
