The Marketing & Branding Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize marketing & branding strategies that strengthen the company brand, enhance visibility, and support revenue growth. This role manages the creation of content, campaigns, and design assets that align with the company’s vision and client needs. The ideal candidate combines creative talent with analytical discipline to consistently drive measurable marketing results which directly lead to sales. This is a multi-faceted, long-term, entrepreneurial position with limitless, wealth generating opportunities including personal & professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns for digital and traditional channels.
Create compelling content for social media, email, website, and print.
Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials.
Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
Oversee creative projects including graphics, photos, and videos.
Support sales initiatives with branding materials and promotional assets.
Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
Work directly with clients regarding their company’s online presence.
Assist with in-person events.
Required Qualifications
Must have a ruthless work ethic and a passion for scaling up other companies.
5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field.
A minimum of a B.A. in Marketing, Branding, Sales, SEO and Social Media fields.
Must live in Anderson County, South Carolina or an adjacent county.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
Must have reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
Strong skills in graphic design, content writing, and brand development.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and campaign optimization.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to pivot quickly in numerous areas.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Own a laptop with expertise in numerous creative programs (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Experience in small business or entrepreneurial environments.
Photography or videography skills.
Creation of Websites, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media posts.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Full-time, W-2 status.
Uncapped, competitive salary (range to be defined by employer).
In Anderson offices, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
Occasional project-based flexibility with work during evenings when necessary.
Occasional project-based flexibility with work on weekends when necessary.
