Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. As an Ad Marketing Coordinator you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and tracking marketing activities across diverse divisions to drive growth and collaboration.

Location: New York, NY (New York‑only) Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on skill set, certifications, and location.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars, aligning with budget planning.
Coordinate preparation and follow‑up for marketing leadership meetings, including agendas and action tracking.
Support planning and execution of annual and quarterly reviews with leadership.
Maintain updates to recurring marketing materials, repositories, and shared resources.
Partner with analytics managers to track and report KPIs, creating actionable dashboards.
Act as a hub for collaboration, coordinating best practices and ensuring consistency across marketing teams.
Streamline cross‑functional workflows, supporting alignment between marketing, sales, product, and operations.
We’re Excited If You Have
3‑5 years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, operations, or project management in a fast‑paced tech, media, or advertising environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proven success collaborating across teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, distilling complex information into clear updates.
Comfort working with data and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform decisions.
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides.
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and a “no job is too big or too small” attitude.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
