We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across all of our companies. This role will focus on coordinating marketing activities, managing social media presence, supporting event marketing, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Tasks/Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing
Post approved content across company social media channels. Engage with audiences by liking, commenting, and responding appropriately on behalf of the company. Monitor social media activity and trends, providing regular updates to the team. Collect photos, videos, and testimonials for use across social platforms and campaigns. Assist with drafting captions and light content creation before approval. Event Marketing & Coordination
Coordinate marketing materials for local, regional, and industry events. Manage logistics for promotional items, signage, and collateral. Capture photos and content from events for marketing use. Ensure all event deadlines are met, and materials are delivered on time. Order and maintain inventory of print materials such as brochures, line cards, business cards, flyers, and promotional items. Work with vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Conduct periodic audits of materials to ensure brand consistency. Website & Email Support
Monitor websites for outdated information and coordinate updates. Support email campaigns (formatting, scheduling, list uploads) while ensuring compliance with brand and email best practices. Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on social media engagement, campaign results, and event ROI. Compile key performance metrics into monthly or quarterly reports. CRM / Database Support
Maintain accurate contact lists for campaigns and events. Support audience segmentation for targeted outreach. Manage assigned marketing projects with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners. Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables. Research and recommend vendors for new marketing needs. Internal Support
Assist in coordinating internal communications (employee newsletters, recognition posts, etc.). Support HR and recruiting with branded job postings, career fair materials, and internal campaigns. Coordinate internal meetings and events as needed. Assist with research and data entry as needed. Education & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support role preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and engagement best practices. Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and website content management systems preferred.
