About the Role We’re seeking a trend-driven Designer to lead concept-to-creation across girls apparel. How You’ll Contribute
Own the end-to-end design process—from concept, color, wash, special treatments/finishes, and trim details (embroidery, appliqué, piping) to final execution.
Shop the market and conduct competitive analysis/benchmarking; translate trend, fabric, trim, silhouette, and graphic/print insights into on-trend assortments (with a focus on denim).
Build seasonal stories: mood boards, theme direction, sample rigging, and trend presentations; align with the Director of Design on creative direction.
Partner with print/graphics and cross-functional teams to execute a clear, elevated seasonal vision.
Work with the sample room and local vendors to develop prototypes and presentation samples to meet deliverables.
Collaborate with technical design and production on fit/quality approvals to ensure brand standards are met.
Initiate new denim concepts and categories; propose innovative washes, treatments, and silhouettes.
Manage fabric and trim follow-ups to keep calendars on track.

5+ years of experience in fashion/apparel design (sportswear, or lifestyle categories preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
