To meet this changing landscape, Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has created a high‑performing team that integrates the eCommerce skills needed to succeed in today’s omnichannel retail environment with traditional shopper marketing expertise to drive conversion in an omnichannel world. As the new KDP Associate Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Regional Grocery Customers, you will be responsible for leading the Omnichannel & eCommerce discipline for KDP within the Regional Grocery Customers team and strategically plan and activate the Regional Grocery Customers portion of our Integrated Brand Campaign. Your role is responsible for all categories & brands. The ideal candidate is data‑oriented, analytically driven, and excels in strategic storytelling with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
Think: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and program performance data, to create a comprehensive commerce strategy designed to drive conversion.
Collaborate: Develop collaborative partnerships with internal teams and retailer marketing and merchandising teams.
Do: Expertly build and execute fully comprehensive omni‑marketing programs to exceed key success metrics, staying within budget parameters and working cross‑functionally with agency partners. Programs include in‑store elements such as point‑of‑sale materials, product sampling, digital media (onsite, offsite, social), and search.
Share: Proactively share best practices with peers and cross‑functional partners.
Be: The internal and external face of KDP’s Omnichannel team, confidently representing strategies and driving influence in high‑profile meetings to align priorities and strengthen partnerships.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Shopper Marketing Expert: Leverage shopper insights, brand objectives, past program results, and customer objectives to develop and execute strategic omnichannel marketing plans for Regional Grocery Customers.
Deep Customer Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of each Regional Grocery Customer’s unique capabilities and workflows to craft audience strategies, optimize program performance, and identify growth opportunities that accelerate KDP product conversion.
Desired Outcome: Create world‑class in‑store marketing activities that drive conversion and exceed KPIs across the shopper journey.
eCommerce Responsibilities
Syndicated Data: Leverage syndicated data and your deep customer knowledge to create winning eCommerce strategies that can be measured, tracked & optimized against key performance metrics.
Digital Shelf Expert: Deploy your deep knowledge of how the Regional Grocery Customer algorithms work to partner with cross‑functional teams to create/execute primary and secondary digital shelf strategies.
Share of Voice Expert: Leverage your digital shelf expertise to continuously optimize product pages to drive visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
Desired Outcome: Drive winning eCommerce growth at Regional Grocery Customers.
Total Rewards
Salary Range: $96,800 - $143,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.
Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.
Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of shopper marketing/omni marketing/eCommerce experience.
Proven experience with omnichannel marketing, retailer ecosystems (inclusive of retail media networks) and shopper insights that delivered tangible results.
Previous successful experience with Regional Grocery Customers mandatory.
Experience in a “Fortune 500” company, pure‑play eCommerce retailer, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries.
Well‑organized, disciplined planner and leader of change.
Business acumen that drives data‑led opportunity and decision making.
Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.
Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence.
