Overview The Executive Administrative Assistant & Marketing Specialist provides high-level support to company leadership by managing calendars, communications, travel and confidential records while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role also assists in planning and executing marketing initiatives, creating content, coordinating events, tracking analytics, and maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, the position supports project coordination, prepares reports and presentations, and serves as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.

The Executive Administrative Assistant & Marketing Specialist will require a thorough understanding of business and marketing strategy and will become the Brand Ambassador for the Company’s franchise business.

Administrative Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Perform various administrative tasks directly supporting the Principals and TN Operations

Responsible for tracking relevant data and the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports and communication

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and guests via email and/or telephone

Assist in maintaining market directory and contact lists

Carry out clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, printing, laminating

Answer and direct phone calls, maintain in-house phone system

Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; Prepare outgoing mail

Ensure proper operation of office equipment and schedule maintenance as needed, order office supplies, assist in managing company technology

Greet and assist visitors to the office

Participating and assisting with preparation of company events and NSO's

Marketing Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Develop a yearly calendar of community events

Maintain, communicate and coordinate calendar of events for all principals

Develop monthly marketing strategy

Create content, build network connections and maintain presence across multiple social media platforms

Strategic planning, aligning the budget with marketing goals, regularly assessing spending to ensure it is within budget and achieving desired results.

Prepare and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to above restaurant leaders, restaurant management and staff

Partner with Above Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships to increase customer count, check average and outside sales

Establish and build relationships with Dunkin’ Brands representatives and company business associates

Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community

Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant and company’s brand

Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with restaurants

Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs

Assists and/ or completes additional administrative tasks/support as assigned for the principals

Requirements Key Competencies & Requirements

Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar discipline

1+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising

Knowledge of fast, casual restaurant concepts and New Store Openings is a plus

Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be creative and innovative with marketing approaches

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance

Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

Knowledge of online technology and implementation of company websites and Social Media platforms

Ability to assess business goals and market requirements

Must be innovative, organized, efficient and able to prioritize multiple projects while working with a team

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization

Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work creatively and independently

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and personal integrity
