About the Role
Writtle College is seeking a
Student Recruitment & Marketing Manager (FE)
to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover basis. In this pivotal role you will lead the development and delivery of marketing, recruitment, outreach and conversion strategies, and communication plans for our Further Education provision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and conversion plans to drive student recruitment.
Lead integrated digital and traditional media campaigns, ensuring ROI.
Manage student recruitment events and oversee outreach activities.
Oversee content and copy creation for web, email, social media and print collateral.
Monitor and enhance the College’s presence on the ARU website and social media channels.
Monitor application trends and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
Provide leadership and support to the FE Marketing team.
Build and maintain excellent relations with academic and support teams to develop subject‑specific marketing strategies.
Manage budgets effectively and ensure compliance with data protection and College policies.
About You
Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
Proven track record in delivering successful marketing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects to deadlines.
Knowledge of the education sector and student recruitment (desirable).
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
Full driving licence and ability to travel.
