What we are looking for
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Print & Premiums Producer who is eager to develop production expertise across print and premium categories. You'll support our team in coordinating printing, premium sourcing, vendor management, and project execution, contributing to work with clients such as American Express, Coca‑Cola, Walmart, New York Lottery, Verizon, and many others.
Here's what you'll do (Responsibilities) Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
Support sourcing of print materials and a full range of premium items, including uniforms, gifting, event merchandise, and both low- and high-end giveaways
Learn vendor capabilities and develop category‑specific knowledge across apparel, gifting, tech, drinkware, and other premium categories
Gather pricing, evaluate bids, and coordinate with vendors throughout production
Project Coordination
Assist with tracking timelines, specifications, approvals, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects
Maintain accuracy and organization while ensuring assigned tasks move forward smoothly
Support all stages of project execution, including gathering specs, sourcing and bidding, submitting quotes, issuing POs/P‑card orders, tracking production and shipping, and assisting with final job close‑outs
Workflow & Risk Management
Identify potential delays or issues, communicate them promptly, and support efforts to resolve and mitigate risks
Learn to manage high‑tension situations with composure, helping redirect teams toward productive solutions when challenges arise
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Build an understanding of each department's role in the production process and foster strong working relationships across the agency
Coordinate with accounting, creative, account teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project flow
Administrative Support & Communication
Maintain project documentation and support housekeeping tasks
Keep the team informed of workload and availability
Assist in managing vendor relations and coordinating billing processes
Professional Development
Stay informed about industry trends and new product innovations
Participate in industry tradeshows and vendor meetings as appropriate
Build foundational knowledge of print processes and premium production techniques
Qualifications & Requirements
2‑4 years of experience in print production, premium sourcing, or related production coordination
Foundational understanding of print processes (offset, digital, large format, screen printing, etc.) with eagerness to deepen expertise
Experience or strong interest in procuring custom merchandise for promotions, events, or corporate programs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to track complex project details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑starter mentality with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with or willingness to learn ASI/PPAI systems
Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices
Ability to bring positivity and professionalism to high‑pressure situations
Possess empathy, kindness, and gratitude
Business Skills
Ability to work within budget parameters and understand cost implications
Experience or aptitude for coordinating logistics across vendors and stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving skills and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Capability to work with diverse stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Financial awareness and ability to track project costs and reconcile invoices
Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality at all production stages
