About the Role Reason Brand Inc., a multi‑brand streetwear fashion company, is seeking a results‑driven E‑Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online growth and elevate brand awareness across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytics, lives and breathes streetwear culture, understands e‑commerce strategy, and knows how to turn clicks into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute e‑commerce and digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and sales.
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
Oversee and optimize Shopify stores, product pages, and site content to improve user experience and conversion.
Plan and manage weekly product drops, promotions, and collaborations across multiple brands.
Coordinate creation of digital assets (graphics, email templates, social content, short‑form videos).
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
Stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing and e‑commerce management.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify and performance marketing tools.
Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion, and youth‑driven culture.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
Working knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Adobe Suite preferred).
Analytical mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative team environment.
