Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will enhance our digital presence through technical expertise and strategic insights to improve web solutions, SEO, SEM, and performance analytics, driving customer engagement and business growth. Collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and IT teams to form cross‑functional teams, including back‑end developers, external partners, and design teams, is key to delivering high‑quality digital experiences that support our Climate Control Group brands.

Essential Functions

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of CCG websites and digital platforms, ensuring adherence to coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and security protocols.

Provide input and insight into new web platforms and collaborate with IT to port multiple websites from SiteVision to a new web solution.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement effective web solutions that align with business goals.

Lead SEO/SEM improvements, implement advanced on‑page/off‑page strategies, and manage keyword research to enhance search rankings, visibility, and user engagement.

Create email automation and online advertising campaigns – reporting on results, goals, etc.

Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and increase sales through various digital marketing efforts.

Integrate applications, graphics, media, and emerging technologies (AI, machine learning, automation) to improve website functionality and customer experience.

Lead the creation of personalized content, digital tools, and interactive elements to drive user engagement and conversions.

Implement and validate comprehensive tracking and analytics systems to monitor and improve digital performance and key marketing KPIs.

Manage workflow, project execution, and timely delivery, ensuring high‑quality standards and brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Provide regular reports and insights to inform data‑driven strategies for content development and digital marketing efforts.

Position Qualifications Skills & Abilities Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Previous experience leading cross‑functional teams in executing projects from ideation to completion.

Familiarity with B2B and multi‑step B2C go‑to‑market approaches recommended.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.

Proficiency in CMS platforms (HubSpot, Adobe AEM, WordPress).

Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics).

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Certificates & Licenses (preferred) Other Requirements

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Proven experience managing web teams and projects, with a focus on SEO and performance optimization.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Proactive, self‑driven, and capable of leading initiatives with minimal guidance.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across marketing, sales, product management, and leadership teams.

Skilled at diagnosing technical issues and identifying root causes.

Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and relationship‑building abilities.
