As a Product Marketing Manager – Drafting solutions at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will work with cutting‑edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference.
Overview We are transitioning to a hybrid working model. This position can be based in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, or Toronto. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on‑site presence at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Marketing & Execution: Define the product GTM strategy and the right mix of marketing tactics and programs to support your product area. Work closely with Segment, Growth and Product teams to execute the product marketing plan and act as the lead coordinator across relevant teams.
Product Messaging & Content Creation: Own product‑related marketing content from conceptualization, market and SME validation, creation, delivery, and measurement.
Product Launch Strategy & Execution: Lead planning and execution of product launches to maximize market penetration and sales impact.
Sales Enablement Support: Act as the go‑to person for product‑specific questions, leveraging market feedback, positioning documents, product release notes and competitive research.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor trends and market trends; update competitive battlecards quarterly.
Market Outreach: Drive demand and co‑develop upsell and cross‑sell campaigns, identify target audiences, supporting content, and measure results.
Customer References: Understand how customers use our products and assist in creating case studies that articulate challenges, ROI, and drive qualified leads.
Qualifications
7+ years of marketing with a focus on the product marketing function.
3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Familiar with the buyer’s journey and how to deliver the right message at the right time.
Legal industry experience an plus.
Skilled in value‑based storytelling and creating product messaging.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Self‑starter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Problem solver comfortable under pressure.
Respectful and flexible team‑player.
Time management skills and ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Strategic and empathetic with a customer and sales perspective.
Business‑minded, balancing analytical and creative solutions with revenue focus.

Pay Transparency Notice The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
