Overview Allspring is seeking a U.S. Intermediary Channel Marketing Manager to lead a team of Channel marketers in support of the U.S. Intermediary Sales Division with a focus on the Wirehouse, Independent B/D, and RIA client segments. Reporting to the Head of U.S. Channel Marketing, this role drives business results through managing the client journey and engagement strategy across lifecycle stages using a data‑driven framework. The incumbent owns Allspring’s Wirehouse relationships and partners with sales leadership to implement campaigns and marketing programs that deliver results.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, requiring in‑office work 4 days a week. Locations: Boston, Charlotte, Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

Manage the U.S. Intermediary Channel Marketing team to develop and manage a strategic marketing capability focused on driving business results.

Manage best‑in‑class campaigns for awareness, consideration, and lead generation in partnership with Intermediary Sales leadership; partner with Digital Marketing to target clients using CDP‑generated insights.

Partner with Intermediary Sales leadership, including Global Relationship Managers and field sales, to understand channel goals and execute campaigns and programs that drive results; own day‑to‑day Wirehouse relationship.

Oversee compliance approvals for key deliverables and coordinate cross‑channel approvals when necessary.

Support sales enablement through Seismic and other Allspring internal communication channels.

Compile campaign and event analysis, reporting findings to help the team understand client interest and demands.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant marketing/financial services/asset management industry experience and a basic understanding of Institutional and Intermediary clients, investment industry dynamics, and marketplace trends.

Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task.

College degree in Marketing or Finance preferred.

Ability to think and act strategically.

Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Deliver insights through data analysis.

Proficiency in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and basic design work in Stencil and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

Experience supporting events in both physical and digital environments.

Interest and experience in digital marketing.

Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexible, open‑minded, proactive, and cooperative personality.

Structured work style, confident working autonomously, yet enjoys teamwork.

Pay Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, role, internal peers, performance, sector, and location. Compensation may include incentive programs tied to performance.
