EEI is seeking a creative and organized
Marketing Coordinator
to support proposals, marketing materials, and social media efforts. This role partners closely with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, graphics, and brand content that showcase EEI’s expertise.
What You’ll Do:
Support RFP/RFQ proposals and SOQs
Create marketing materials, graphics, and presentations
Manage and grow EEI’s social media presence
Maintain resumes, project descriptions, and marketing resources
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of marketing or proposal experience (A/E/C experience a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign
Strong writing, design, and organizational skills
