About The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Copywriter to join our marketing department that will be responsible for creating high‑performing copy that drives impressions, page views, and qualified leads across all marketing channels.
This role owns the creation of viral and high‑engagement content across social media, website, email, paid ads, landing pages, and offers. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and growth teams to ideate, test, and deploy content that amplifies our reach and converts attention into measurable demand.
You will also be responsible for researching trends, audience behaviour, competitors, and emerging content formats, and for leveraging AI tools to increase creative output and testing velocity. This is a performance‑driven role with clear monthly KPIs tied directly to traffic and lead generation.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Own the creation of high‑performing copy across all marketing channels including social, website, email, paid ads, and landing pages
Research market trends, content formats, competitors, and audience behaviour to drive timely, relevant messaging
Ideate, structure, and write compelling offers that convert attention into leads
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, testing, and iteration without sacrificing quality
Collaborate with design, growth, and marketing teams to launch integrated campaigns
Conduct audience research to deeply understand pain points, motivations, and buying triggers
Track and optimise content performance based on impressions, traffic, CTR, and lead data
Identify creative bottlenecks or performance issues and proactively solve them
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing assets
Own deadlines, revisions, and quality control for all assigned copy assets
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or performance copywriting
Proven results – bonus points for experience on LinkedIn, YouTube, and email platforms
Detail‑oriented with high quality‑control standards
Commitment to excellence in both creative output and performance results
Adaptable and highly innovative, with the ability to experiment quickly
Ambitious self‑starter who takes full ownership of outputs and results
Strong written and verbal communicator in a fully remote environment
Excellent time management with the ability to work in a fast‑paced execution culture
Comfortable using data to guide creative decisions
